Based on your preferences (timing, kind of food, frequency etc), we will find you a cook who exactly suits your needs. We encourage our clients to specify likes/dislikes so that cooks can tailor the food according to your preferences.  Common specifications include spicy/non/medium/, less oil, allergies etc. 

If you like the cook, we can help set up a schedule that is convenient to you and the cook.  If you would like to try another, we would be happy to send you another cook.

Please do not pay the cook directly.

You should pay for the service ONLINE once your service is booked.

Please pay online via the PayPal link on the Pay for Service section.

Payments for the services rendered should be received within 24 hours of the service. A fee of $5 a week will be charged for late payments.

Our chefs do appreciate tips. While the regular and 3-pack services are pre-paid services, all tips should be paid directly to the chefs that service your kitchen that day.

Yes. Sometimes, our chefs can shop for you. In any case, we always send you an ingredient check-list so you know what you have to buy, ahead of time.

Just keep the stuff ready.  If you have foods that need to be marinated overnight, please do that.

Make sure you have enough groceries and condiments lying around, otherwise you’ll have to run to nearest store to get salt!

Yes, our chefs are well-trained, and cook well. They'll figure it out!

They can look through your pantry and cook up a quick menu. If you have a special recipe or specific requests, the chefs will accommodate your wishes in the best way they can. If you have a menu in mind, the chef will prepare meals of your choice.

Yes, we have cooks that are vegetarian experts!

For example, we could even send you a South Asian cook who cooks only Indian-vegetarian or a trained chef who have gone to culinary school for just vegetarian reciepes.

If you have a dishwasher, the chef will load the dishwasher for you before s/he leaves. Chefs are instructed to never leave the kitchen dirty.

No, no commitments at all! You can sign up on a week-to-week basis. Even our value package services can be used over three months.

We understand those last-minute movie plans or sudden pizza cravings!  So for one of those days, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To be fair to the cook and to respect her/his time, please cancel at least 4-6 hours before your appointment time. 

In case of reschedule, the next appointment will be on as-available basis. 

While all our cooks come through references and are background-checked, we strongly recommend that you stay in the house during the time the cook is in the house.
